Our main office is located in Miami, and unlike our major competitors, both Management and Accounting services are in the same location. This allows our communities to receive their accounting and financial reports in a timely fashion.

In addition, we offer in-house training thru our numerous certified vendors in their field of specialty. These industry experts also provide us with educational seminars that teach us about their specific field, educate us on a new regulation, or simply help us brush up on our skills.

Allied Property Group, Inc. was founded and is co-owned by Ana Sanchez Rivero and Jaime Rivero. They envisioned opening a management company that would truly provide its clients with excellent service.
Ana Sanchez Rivero has more than 25 years experience in this industry. She began as the receptionist and worked her way through the ranks to become the Office Manager. During this time, Mrs. Sanchez Rivero acquired her Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Atlantic University. She then acquired her license as a Community Association Manager. Mrs. Sanchez Rivero is responsible for the development and acquisition of new accounts, as well as improving in-house corporate procedures.
Jaime “Jimmy” Rivero has more than 15 years experience in property management. He has a Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University and served four (4) years in the United States Marine Corps. Aside from being an owner, Mr. Rivero is Vice President and supervises the property managers. He is very dedicated, regimented, and understands the true value of customer service.
